[Fictionary] new word: turbary?

My most recent word attempt, "pruinose", is known to someone (as was my 
previous attempt, "antanaclesis").

Does anyone known "turbary" ?

If so, please let me know by Saturday, October 7. If not, please send me 
a definition by Monday, October 9.

(If someone knows this one already, I may ask someone else to moderate 
this round, as finding an appropriate word is harder than I'd thought).
