[Fictionary] turbary ballot

Here are your options for the definition of 'turbary'. As usual, please 
send one- or two-cent votes to me, by the night of Tuesday, October 17 .

(Hopefully that's enough time; if there's clamor, I can make it later).

turbary - adj. - A body ornament worn like a bracelet around the leg, 
just above the knee.
