Is Bridegoon a pun on Brigadoon? Or no, that was 7 Brides for Seven Brothers--or the Pythonesque alternative. LInda Something like 3 Brides and 5 Brothers from a smallness of cast.

Oh ... Hmm ...
Nothing ready immediately. I'll come up with a word here soon.
With all Linda's talk about puns, it'd be fun to do something with punning, but I can never think of interesting variations like this. Good round, Jim!!!!!
"Bridegoon"Â :-DÂ Where I live now (the Cumberland Mountains of extreme western Virginia), that would be appropriate at most of the weddings I have attended and/or been aware of.

THE WINNER: Hutch! Not only did he bullseye the original poem's "obscure", he even threw in that poetic "o'er". (His score is 4+2 -- 4 points given to him by other voters, plus 2 points from his correct guess). Jean-Joseph's daring unrhyming stanza is close behind, with 4+1 points. Have at it, Hutch.
