I had intended to get this out by Christmas Eve, so we could be done by New
Years Eve. However, I had to work on Christmas Eve day, so the weekend got
killed. Let's make the deadline for voting be the weekend after the New
Year: "end of the day" on Friday, 2018 January 4.
