New word: sixmo

Of course the first word doesn't make it.  Elliott knew that mortmain
meant the perpetual and inalienable possession of lands or buildings by an
ecclesiastical or other corporation (though he didn't describe it quite in 
those words), so we go for number two: sixmo.  Anyone?
