Elliot, no connection. I was being ironic. Or perhaps 
sarcastic. Or perhaps I was aiming straight at blasphemy 
(blasphemical?).

The idea came from remembering that it was "well-known" in 
Classical times in Europe that sex with a virgin would cure 
syphilis.
