You get one of those notices if any messages to you bounce; it means
that you missed at least one message.  

The notice should include (a) an example bounce message and (b) a list
of the numbers of the mailing list posts that didn't reach you.

If you want me to investigate or explain, you need to send me the
example bounce message.

If you want to recover copies of the mailing list posts that you
missed, send email to

        fictionary-get.1234 at plover.com

where 1234 is the number of the message you want to recover.
