I know a free abelian group which is not a free group, but I have no idea what
a wild hereditary artin algebra is. Let me guess:
A couple of algebras exchanged rings and committed to ideals. One had a
collection of paintings of animals. They had a son, who inherited the
paintings and was then set free abelian. The son rolled up one of the
paintings and swallowed it.
