Is this a slype?

I'm designing a church building. There's an existing house, which is going to 
be the fellowship hall; it is being renovated, and currently has part of the 
skin taken off and woodworking is going on inside (not at this moment, of 
course). The sanctuary is going to be 9 m from the wall of the fellowship 
hall farthest from the street. Between the two will be an enclosed passage 
with the bathrooms in it. Is this passage a slype?
