Several people have sent supportive but worried-sounding email, so I
should add that actually things are quite good.  The illness is not
chronic.  

Rather, my wife is ill because she is pregnant, and she has
gestational diabetes, which is not uncommon.  So we expect her to make
a full recovery in early April.

On the down side, I do not expect to have any more time to straighten
out the mail delivery after that date, since I will be extremely busy
with another project.
