[Fictionary] gnammas/tafoni are a go

I haven't heard from anyone claiming to be familiar with gnammas or 
tafoni, so we'll go with these two related words.  You can submit either 
a definition for each, or a definition for one that uses the other word 
in the definition.  Get the definition(s) in by the time the leprechauns 
go to bed on Monday, March 17.

And I heard from a few more fictioneers: Nick is out there, as is Nora 
(though no word from Asta), and I also heard from the previously unknown 
Beth.  Welcome!  (Nora noted that she didn't get my first message about 
huggermugger, so I don't know if there was maybe some problem that has 
subsequently been straightened out.)
