[Fictionary] "reply-to" headers

I'm not sure I understand the symptoms some folks are seeing. Lemme try a
test: This message has a header

  Reply-To: Josh Smift <irilyth at swarpa.net>

I predict that the header will not be stripped off, but let me see what
happens. I'll then send a follow-up message asking if anyone else is
seeing anything other than what I see.
