Yikes! I won???? Busy time for me, with grandson visit and art show entry, but I will try to come up with a few words from which to choose in the next week. Linda PS When we lived in Frankfurt, West Germany for two years (1967-9) (husband drafted into American Army) we had good friends who lived in Dreieichenhain, the 3-oak-copse, so naturally that place surfaced from my memory. Alas, my long-term memory is better than my short-term, of late. We went back to Germany for the first time last summer, to see distant cousins, and you wonldn't believe the slang they use now. When we were there earlier, everything was very hand-shaking formal. Germans are still so happy when you try to speak their language that they overlook your grammatical mistakes and help you out! Linda PS Recommend taking a NEW Langenscheidt's, which has current slang.
