Hi, all, when I'm "IT", I print out the defs I receive and put them in a special pile.  Linda  PS But then, I'm a print-reading person (because I am old, I guess), not a good screen reader.

I suggest posting a list, a day or two before sending out the ballot, of whose 
defs you have in the ballot. That gives anyone whose def you missed a chance 
to tell you so. E.g., from the eu3 round: "I have defs from Judith, Linda, 
Nick, David, Ranjit, Eric, and J-J." And from the dule round: "In addition to 
the ones from before, I now have fictionitions from Nicolas, Jacob, Pierre, 
and Eric, too."
