For the most part, it only fluxes from weekday to weekend. During the
week, this definition of "hutch-cleading" would generally be dark
slacks and a business-style shirt--"business casual"--plus a sweater.
During the weekend, most commonly, it turns into kilt and t-shirt, the
latter usually with a rather filthy slogan.
