Now wait one cotton-pickin' minute... how small a world is this...?

Have you guys in fact done any orienteering?  I would think I would know 
your names if you've done much, unless you live somewhere other than the 
US (which you might).  But I'll add here that Hutch's connection to this 
crowd is through me, and we know each other through orienteering -- I 
remember exactly where we were when he walked up to me at the starting 
line of the national Long course championships (on July 11, 1992) and 
introduced himself.
