[Fictionary] new word(s) candidate

This game is so weird.  Sometimes I submit what I think is an excellent 
definition, and it gets no response.  Other times (like for "wind 
trolley"), I just toss out a throwaway definition, Hutch submits 
basically the same thing, an between us we get the lion's share of the 
points, including his voting for mine(!).

Anyway...

Here are two closely related words:

If anyone is familiar with either of these, let me know.  If not, then 
please submit definitions for _both_. I'll come up with a deadline 
later, provided they pass the obscurity test.
