There is a Turkish word "yarak"; it means "weapon" or "penis". "Attar" is from 
Arabic "`itr" and means a perfume made by distilling an odorous material into 
sandalwood oil, or any of various perfumes, generally not alcoholic. I often 
wear henna attar.
