[Fictionary] Fictionary: Cathead

Several people had guesses but no one knew the actual definition of cathead
and two people supplied custom definitions.  As such, I will continue with
the official ballot.

Please supply definitions for cathead.

The ballot will remain open for one week + however long it takes me to get
around to the next stage!
