Yes. In France it is customary to stick a cutout of a fish on someone's back on 
April Fool's Day. This is called un poisson d'avril.

Once there was a Chinese guy at work and someone handed me a label "MADE IN 
CHINA" which was cut out of some box, with a loop of tape, and asked me to 
stick it on his back. I did, and he went around for several hours with this 
tag stuck on his back before he found out.
