[Fictionary] Cothurnus sighting

I just got back from McMahan's Shoes in Spartanburg with a pair of shoes with 
arch support pads, which it took a while to fit. While waiting, I looked at a 
poster which shows shoes used at various times in history. The shoe at the 
upper left is an Egyptian sandal; below it is a Gothic shoe. To the right of 
the Egyptian sandal is a drawing made by an Egyptian showing how they made 
sandals. And in the upper right, to the right of this drawing, is a cothurnus.
