Expressing what others may be wondering about:  just Who is the Lord of those Rhwngs?  LInda  PS  As for cribbage, some play by Muggins Rules, which means incurring a penalty for wrong talltying, but my neighbor always called in Mulligan's Rules.  I'm still a beginner, so I just play for fun.

It's the middle part of Powys in Wales. The Wikipedia article links to Rhwng 
Gwy a Hafren, which reminds me of the Great Collapsing Rhwng Disaster. :D
