I think once it appears in a context like "Halal Pizza" (in my 
neighborhood) it's naturalized.

If there's a chemist in your life who needs a present, Theodore Gray 
(Mr. Periodic Table) will print a beautiful poster of their name 
(that is, if you can spell it with elements). (Luckily, my father has 
such a name.)
