[Fictionary] Obturator Ballot

Dear Fictionary,

Today marks two months since the last traffic on this round.  I have not 
been able to find out anything more.  We could declare this round dead, or 
at least in suspended animation, and move on, or we could continue to 
wait.  Other ideas?  What do people what to do?
