[Fictionary] PHUGOID results

Well, that would explain why there weren't that many votes.  There was a 
ballot on December 3, and a reminder on December 10.  Now I'm wondering 
how many people other than David and Fran did not get those emails from 
me, and I'm wondering if... well, I know the messages were forwarded to 
somebody, because I did get a few responses.  I guess it's possible that 
something is interfering with messages from my address to certain 
people.  In which case you two (and others) may not get this email, 
either.  Oh dear...
