Not sure, but I think I have you both beat. When I run rounds I record them
(in Excel) with both date/time and a random number generator, so that I
can, with only a few clicks, sort by either date received or randomly ...
as well as by name and other aspects. Excel also has a macro to generate
the email with fictionitions and another to generate the email with the
results.
