[Fictionary] new word: jackaroo and jillaroo

I bet Armenian chickpea soup is pretty tasty, but I didn't expect it to win
the round.

Actually, I don't think I have any idea what Armenian food is like.

Anyway. Candidate word is actually a pair of closely related words,
jackaroo and jillaroo.  Write a definition that encompasses them both, in
informal rather than dictionary style.  Or tell me that you already know
the meaning of the words!
