[Fictionary] stepmother's blessing: GO!

Nobody has identified the meaning of the term "stepmother's blessing", 
although one contestant did make the incorrect guess that it means "a 
curse", so in the interest of fairness, I'll tell you all that that 
ain't it, so don't send that in as a definition.  But do send in a 
definition!  By, let's say, next Saturday evening, March 15, at 6 PM EDT 
(yes! we will soon be using EDT again!).
