"Ugr" = "Ugric", the actual name (at least according James Michener) of the
Hungarian language. I had been reading Michener's book _The Bridge at
Andau_ about the Hungarian Revolution of 1956. In it he mentions some real
word in modern Hungarian that is a "contraction" like the one I faked up.
The idea for my fictionition arose from the fact that the real word ended
in "-ra" = "on".
I hoped that someone would know--as Pierre did--that "-ra" meant "on", but
NOT know that "orale" doesn't mean a damn thing. *LOL*
