HI, all fictioneers, Saw a TV show on regional foods, and a turducken is a very caloric dish made from a hen stuffed into a duck stuffed into a turkey.  This contraption is then stuffed with a stuffing of your choice. The word sounds PA Dutch but the bird is actually "made" in a small town in LA, hence the cajun stuffing. Probably served with shrimp etouffe, fried okra, and dirty rice.  Not sure what the actual stuffer job is called. Linda
