NPR has a piece that they often run on Thanksgiving in which Paul 
Prudhomme  talks about the preparation od a turducken.  
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turducken has additional historical info on 
this, as well as some absurd variations.  If I hadn't posted this link, 
I think "hotchken" would have been a fine fictionary word. :-)
